Returns & Refunds Policy

WeThinkTrades provides digital products, software licences, and subscription access delivered electronically by email or through our platform.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly or electronically, refunds are only available before the digital product, licence key, or access details have been sent to the customer by email or made available for download.

Once the product has been delivered, activated, or access has been issued, the order is non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only if:

  • payment was completed,

  • the digital product has not yet been sent by email,

  • the licence key or access details have not yet been issued,

  • and the request is made within a reasonable time after purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • the digital product has already been delivered by email,

  • the licence key has already been issued,

  • the subscription has already been activated,

  • the customer entered incorrect account details,

  • the product was used, downloaded, or activated,

  • or the issue is caused by the customer’s device, broker setup, VPS, internet connection, or MT5 configuration.

Technical Issues

If there is a technical issue on our side before delivery, we will review the matter and either:

  • resend the product,

  • replace the access details,

  • or issue a refund where appropriate.

Please include:

  • your full name,

  • order number,

  • payment confirmation,

  • and the reason for the request.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Final Note

By purchasing from WeThinkTrades, you acknowledge that our products are digital and that once emailed or delivered, they cannot be returned or refunded.
